All of our jewelry is hand-crafted and made to order. Due to the sensitive nature of our production process, which includes detailed craftsmanship, rigorous quality control, and fraud prevention measures, we have a strict policy regarding changes:

• Once an order has entered the production stage, it cannot be canceled.

If you are not completely satisfied after receiving your merchandise, you may initiate a return through the proper channels for a full refund.
