Custom Orders are Non-Refundable

• All custom-designed and personalized jewelry orders are considered FINAL SALE.

• The resources, materials, and specialized labor invested in creating a one-of-a-kind piece begin immediately after design confirmation and are non-recoverable.

• Therefore, the Jewelry Exchange Center does not offer monetary refunds or store credit for any custom order, except in the case of a manufacturing defect that we cannot repair.

Please Note:

• This policy applies regardless of whether the order is fully paid, partially paid, or whether a non-refundable deposit was placed.

• We strongly encourage all clients to carefully review and confirm all design specifications, including stone selection, metal type, measurements, and CAD renderings, before approving the final design for production.
